This website, riverpointbp.com, is owned and operated by Century Oak Capital LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Riverpoint Business Park is a commercial flex industrial property owned by Century Oak Capital LLC, located on US-190 between Lampasas and Kempner, Texas.

2. Scope
This policy explains what personal information we collect through riverpointbp.com, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under Texas and other applicable laws.

Information you provide directly: When you submit an inquiry through any contact or leasing form on the site, we collect the information you choose to provide, which typically includes your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically: When you visit the site, our hosting platform and analytics tools automatically collect technical data, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring website, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and approximate geographic location derived from IP address.
We use the following automatic collection technologies:
Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information about site usage. Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel): We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of advertising and to understand actions visitors take on our site. The Meta Pixel collects information about your visit, including pages viewed and actions taken, and shares it with Meta Platforms, Inc. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, including precise geolocation, biometric data, financial account information, government identifiers, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health information, or sexual orientation, through this website.

5. How We Share Your Information
We share information only as described below:
Service providers: Inquiry form submissions are forwarded to a Gmail account operated by Century Oak Capital LLC. Google, LLC therefore processes this data as part of providing email services. Google Analytics data is processed by Google, LLC. Meta Pixel data is processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. Our website hosting provider also processes server log data necessary to deliver the site.
Professional advisors: We may share information with our attorneys, accountants, lender, and other professional advisors when reasonably necessary in connection with leasing, financing, or legal matters.
Legal compliance: We may disclose information when required by subpoena, court order, regulatory request, or other legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
Business transfers: If Century Oak Capital LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell personal data in exchange for money. We do, however, use Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, which under some state privacy laws can be treated as “sharing” personal data for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising. See Section 8 for how to opt out.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics, advertising, and basic site functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting cookies. Disabling cookies may affect how the site functions.
We honor recognized universal opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC). When your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of targeted advertising and any data sharing covered by applicable state privacy laws.
7. Data Retention
Leasing inquiry information: retained for up to seven years from the date of last contact, to support tenant vetting, lease history, and tax and legal recordkeeping. Inquiries that do not result in a lease may be deleted earlier upon request.
Executed lease documents and related correspondence: retained for the term of the lease plus seven years, consistent with Texas statute of limitations and tax recordkeeping practice.
Google Analytics data: retained according to the retention setting configured in our Google Analytics property, currently set to the standard retention period offered by Google.
Server and security logs: retained for up to 12 months.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Texas residents (Texas Data Privacy and Security Act): Texas residents have the right to confirm whether we are processing their personal data, access that data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or certain types of profiling. Texas residents may also appeal a denied request. To submit a request, email jim@storagetx.net with the subject line “TDPSA Request” and describe your request. We will respond within 45 days. Century Oak Capital LLC may qualify as a small business under the U.S. Small Business Administration definition referenced in the TDPSA, but we provide these rights as a matter of policy regardless.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): California residents have rights to know, access, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise these rights, email jim@storagetx.net with the subject line “CCPA Request.”
Other states (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and similar): Residents of states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws have substantially similar rights. Send requests to jim@storagetx.net.
European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (GDPR/UK GDPR): Individuals in these jurisdictions have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
9. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. There is no industry consensus on how to interpret DNT signals, and we currently do not respond to DNT. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as described above.
10. Children’s Privacy
This website is intended for business and commercial real estate audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the site, contact jim@storagetx.net and we will delete it.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Third-Party Links
The site may link to third-party websites, including Crexi, LoopNet, and other listing platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their privacy policies separately.
13. International Visitors
The site is operated from the United States. If you visit from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the site.
15. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from this policy or your use of the site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Lampasas County, Texas.
